O objeto de Recordset fornece um m�todo de alcan�ar nossos dados. Este objeto do recordset depende opon a compreens�o do objeto da conex�o.

Os objetos de Recordset do objeto dos dados de ActiveX (ADO) representam o jogo inteiro dos registros de uma tabela baixa ou dos resultados de um comando executado. Em em qualquer altura que, o objeto de Recordset consulta somente a um �nico registro dentro do jogo como o registro atual.

Os objetos de Recordset do objeto dos dados de ActiveX (ADO) s�o usados manipular dados de um fornecedor. Quando n�s usamos o ADO, n�s manipulamos os dados que usam quase inteiramente objetos de Recordset. Todos os objetos de Recordset consistem em registros (fileiras) e em colunas (campos). Dependendo da sustenta��o funcional pelo fornecedor, algumas m�todos ou propriedades de Recordset n�o podem estar dispon�veis.

Quando n�s abrimos primeiramente um Recordset, o ponteiro de registro atual apontar� ao primeiro registro e as propriedades do BOF e do EOF s�o falsas. Se houver nenhum registro est� atual, o BOF e a propriedade do EOF � verdadeira.

H� o tipo dois de atualizar isso vontade suportada (ADO) por objetos de Recordset:

Permite-nos �s adi��es, � vista, �s mudan�as, e aos apagamentos pelos outros usu�rios; permite tamb�m todos os tipos de movimento com o Recordset que n�o confia em bookmarks; e permite bookmarks se o fornecedor os suportar.

Comporta-se como um cursor din�mico, exceto que impede que n�s v os registros que os outros usu�rios adicionam, e impede o acesso aos registros que outros usu�rios suprimem. As mudan�as dos dados por outros usu�rios ser�o ainda vis�veis. Suporta sempre bookmarks e permite conseq�entemente todos os tipos de movimento com o Recordset.

Permite que n�s enrolem-se somente para a frente com o Recordset na base de dados. As mudan�as, as adi��es ou os apagamentos por outros usu�rios n�o ser�o vis�veis. Isto melhora o desempenho nas situa��es onde voc� necessita fazer somente uma �nica passagem com um Recordset.
