What is MS Publisher?

Publisher is used to manipulate text and graphic on a page for making flyers, greeting cards, business cards, etc. It also includes a PageWizard Assistant utility that guides you step-by-step in creating a publication. It also includes templates for publications like certificates, newsletter, and office documents.
