How do I place a picture on a specific area?

1. Click on the Picture Frame Tool (on the left side of your screen) 2. Select the area where you'd like to place your picture (by holding down the left side of the mouse) 3. Insert the picture that you would like to have on your page (clip art or from a file) It'll go exactly where you placed the picture frame.
