Explain about FIELDSET, LEGEND, and LABEL?

The FIELDSET, LEGEND, and elements are relatively new and let you group controls in a form visually. Use the FIELDSET element to group elements in a form together in a box, the LEGEND element to add a caption to the box, and the LABEL element to label the elements in the form.
