How can I prepare a PowerPoint presentation for the web?

Publish your presentation: 1. From File on the Menu bar select Save as Web Page. 2. In the File name box enter a name for your Web page. 3. From the Save as type box select Web Page (Saves the presentation as a Web page and creates an associated folder for supporting files.) 4. OR, Web Archive (Saves all of the elements of the Web site to a single file including text and graphics.) 5. Click the Change Title button and enter a new title in the Page title box. Be sure to use a short title with no spaces as this will become part of the URL. Then click the ok button. (Changes the title bar). 6. Click Publish and select the Web options that apply to your presentation, such as, slide animation while browsing. 7. Enter the location and Web page name in the File name box. 8. Click the Publish button. 9. You are ready to send either the link or the actual Web archive file to your visitors.
