Changing Reported Web Browser Version - Pocket PC

The Pocket PC reports to websites that it is Monzilla 3.02. Since version 3.02 has been discontinued on the desktop, some websites including secure websites will not allow you access. There is a workaround to make Pocket Internet Explorer report that it is Internet Explorer 5.5 from Windows NT.
