Ness Technologies Sells SAP Sales and Distribution Division in Israel to SAP

HACKENSACK, New Jersey, July 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ness Technologies, Inc. , a global provider of information technology solutions and services, announced today a definitive agreement to sell its SAP sales and distribution division in Israel to SAP. Under the terms of the agreement, SAP will acquire selected assets related to the distribution, support and maintenance of SAP technology and solutions.
