Automatically Organize E-mail
Nelson E-mail Organizer is a companion to Microsoft Outlook 97, 98, 2000, and 2002 which will automatically organize your mail in an efficient and intelligent manner. Nelson E-mail Organizer (NEO) will automatically organize your E-mail based on date, correspondent, and by type.
The great feature of NEO is that your E-mail is organized automatically, without you needing to change any settings. (You can, however, tweak some settings if necessary.)
NEO doesn't have an Inbox. Instead, it will take the mail from your Outlook Inbox and separate it into folders. For example, it will move E-mail into an "Active Mail" folder for mail you are currently working with. Or "Today" for mail received or worked with today.
NEO is a separate from Outlook. You can still use Outlook as usual, and NEO won't touch anything in Outlook itself. NEO functions very similar to Outlook, with the same familiar buttons, icons, and windows. With the click of a button, you can toggle between using NEO and using Outlook. You don't even need to have Outlook running to use NEO.
