1. You are not being kept informed.

2. You are losing the responsibilities.

7. Company is "reorganising"
The Mergers, acquisitions and restructuring can all be good for the business, but bad
for the employees. Are there rumours about the other company buying your business? Is
your company merging with the other company that has the employees who do the same job
as you? Pay attention to what you do hear in the grapevine regarding future of a
business it can also have the dramatic effect on the future.
8. You just have not been performing.
When it comes down to the brass tacks, you know the performance better than anyone.
You know that you have been surfing from the Internet when you should be finishing the
reports; that you have spent hours making the personal calls; and your one
hour-lunches have grown increasingly longer. If your heart has not just been
in your job lately, your superiors probably might have taken notice. Think about it
– if you were a boss, would you fire you? If so, then you might want to start making the
plans for the exit strategy.
