The 3 Main Roles?
There exists three major project management roles: A project manager, A sub-project
manager and the task leader. Appointment of any or all these positions must be
made entirely with the reference to needs of a project. In a smallest of the projects
both roles and the responsibilities of all three of these roles should be undertaken by
the single project manager.
Though the three roles can be combined within one individual, demands that are
placed on this individual might not still justify the full-time position. At other
